Chung Thuc Quyen is a professional Vietnamese model with ideal measurements: 83-60-93. She won the Miss Photo title in a beauty contest held by Vietnam Women’s Magazine in 2005 and Miss Charity and Humanity at the Miss Tourism Queen International 2008 pageant and Miss World 2009.
